Can I bring in my own alcohol and/or bartender?

No, all alcohol orders and bartenders are handled through Montgomery Farms

Can I bring in my own decorations?

You may bring your own decorations.

Can I hire my own caterer?

You may hire your own caterer, but they must be a licensed caterer.

Can I hire my own DJ?

You may hire your own DJ.

How do I schedule a time to come look at the venue?

How long do I have the venue the day of my wedding?

Friday and Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.
Sunday 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Is your barn heated and/or air conditioned?

Montgomery Farms is a seasonal venue and is open from April through November. To preserve the authenticity of The Barn it is not heated nor does it have air conditioning. We are able to help the client rent heaters or fans.

Maximum capacity of Montgomery-farms.com venue?

Main Level of The Barn:
• Seating for Ceremony – 300 Guests
• Seating at Tables for Reception – 200 Guests

Barn Loft:
• Seating for Ceremony – 275 Guests
• Seating at Tables for Reception – 200-220 Guests

The Great Lawn:
• Unlimited seating

What happens if it rains on my wedding day?

Event will be moved to barn

What is required to book a date?

To book a date a signed contract and 50% venue rental deposit is required.
